Instead of finding ...Breathe. lol Take it in steps. Instead of finding 'little extras to spice them up', why don't you just spice up your ear wires? Add a pretty little crystal or seed bead or something to each ear wire. If they're premade, you can still do it... just carefully bend the curve enough that you can slip the ball or coil or whatever they have already in place, and slip your own decoration on. Then just use a small spacer bead on your headpin, slip the chicken on, then attach it to the ear wire ( the flat metal ones will probably be best since it'll hide) not that you will... far to simple and easy... and boring... time constraints aside, you KNOW you'll feel that need to make them all special and MORE ;) lol good luck !
